Hamill Farms is a fourth generation farm that has been growing malt quality barley for decades.

The barley grown for this project was the variety Newdale, which offers good lodging resistance, reducing the occurrence of pre-germination sprouting and big, plump kernels that result in uniform modification which keeps maltsters and brewers happy.
